【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiesrequirementsfordesignandselectionofnon-electrotechnicalequipmentforalltypesofcranewiththeobjectivesofprotectingpersonnelfromhazardsaffectingtheirlivesandhealthandofensuringreliabilityoffunction.Thefixedloadliftingattachmentsareintegralpartofthecraneandthereforebelongalsotothescopeofthisstandard.Non-electrotechnicalequipmentcomprises:?Structureandstructuralequipment;?drivingmechanisms;?ropeandchaindrives;?fixedloadliftingattachments;?safetydevices;?fluidpowersystems.Thesignificanthazardscoveredbythisdocumentareidentifiedinclause4.Hazardsduetonoisearenotcoveredbythisstandard.Theyareaddressedinsafetystandardsspecifictoeachtypeofcrane.Theprinciplestobeappliedforcranestransportinghazardousloadsaregiveninthisstandard.Particularrequirementsaregivenforcranestransportinghotmoltenmetal.Thisstandarddoesnotgivetheadditionalrequirementsfor:?equipmentrequiringahighlevelofcleanlinessforhygienereasons,e.g.indirectcontactwithfoodstuffsorpharmaceuticals;?equipmentoperatingincleanroomswithadustcontrolledenvironment,(e.g.satelliteassemblingroom,electronicindustry,foodprocessing,pharmaceuticalsprocessing);?hazardsresultingfromhandlingexplosivesandradiatingmaterial;?hazardscausedbyoperationsubjecttospecialregulations(e.g.explosiveatmospheres);?theriskrelatedtoliftingofpersons.Thisdocumentisapplicabletonon-electrotechnicalequipmentwhichismanufacturedafterthedateofapprovalbyCENofthisstandard.
