【摘要】:ISO14644-5:2004specifiesbasicrequirementsforcleanroomoperations.Itisintendedforthoseplanningtouseandoperateacleanroom.AspectsofsafetythathavenodirectbearingoncontaminationcontrolarenotconsideredinthispartofISO14644andnationalandlocalsafetyregulationsmustbeobserved.Thisdocumentconsidersallclassesofcleanroomsusedtoproducealltypesofproducts.Therefore,itisbroadinapplicationanddoesnotaddressspecificrequirementsforindividualindustries.MethodsandprogrammesforroutinemonitoringwithincleanroomsarenotcoveredindetailinthispartofISO14644butreferenceshouldbemadetoISO14644-2andISO14644-3formonitoringparticles,andISO14698-1andISO14698-2formonitoringmicro-organisms.
