【摘要】:1.1Thispracticecontainsuniformqualityassuranceprovisionsforpressure-sensitivetapesandestablishessamplingplansandproceduresforacceptanceinspection.1.2Limitations1.2.1Thispracticeonlyincludesproceduresforwhenanupperoralowerspecificationlimitisgiven.Itdoesnotprovidefordouble,bothminimumandmaximum,specificationlimits.Note1Whendoublespecificationlimitsaregiven(appliestovariablestestingonly),usemaybemadeofTableC-3andExampleC-3ofANSI/ASQCZ1.9.1.2.2Thevariablessamplingplansapplytoasinglequalitycharacteristic.Havingobtainedthesampleandtheresponsestothephysicalpropertytests,acceptanceisdeterminedononequalitycharacteristicatatime.Theprocessisrepeatedforeachadditionalcharacteristic.1.2.3Thevariablessamplingplansrequirethattheresponsetoeachqualitycharacteristicisnormallydistributedeitherdirectlyorbytransformation.Ifthisisnotknown,thepotentialuserofthispracticeshouldseekthecounselofsomeonewithsufficientunderstandingofstatisticaltechniquestoprovidethatinformation.1.3ThevaluesstatedineitherSIorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemmustbeusedindependently,withoutcombiningvaluesinanyway.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
