【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardappliestoinstrumentandmeasurementchannelswhichgenerateacalculationofthemeansquarevoltage(MSV)ofasignalarisingfromaneutrondetector,inordertoextractfromitinformationrelatingtotheneutronfluencerateofanuclearreactor.Aftercalibration,thisinformationcanbeusedtoderivetherelativepowerandthetimeconstant,forexampleexpressedintermsofperiod,doublingtime,decadesperminuteorpercentpersecond.Themethodusedtocalculatethemeansquarevoltageofthesignalisalsoknownas"fluctuationtreatment"or"theCampbellmethod".Associatedwithothertechniquesofmeasurement,suchaspulseratecountingorcurrentmeasurement,thecalculationofthemeansquarevoltageallowstheassemblyofaseriesofwiderangeneutronfluenceratemeasurementsforthesimplificationofnuclearinstrumentationsystemsinthecontrolofnuclearreactors.Thisstandarddescribestheprinciples,theterminology,thecharacteristics,therequirementsandthetestingmethodsrelatedtoinstrumentationandmeasurementoftheneutronfluencerateusingMSVtechniquesfornuclearreactorcontrol.TypicalexamplesoftheapplicationoftheMSVtechniquesaregiven.
