【摘要】:ThisParticularStandardspecifiestheparticularsafetyrequirementsforAMBULATORYELECTROCARDIOGRAPHICSYSTEMS,asdefinedin2.101.Withinthescopeofthisstandardaresystemsofthefollowingtypes:a)systemsthatprovidecontinuousrecordingandcontinuousanalysisoftheECGallowingfullre-analysisgivingessentiallysimilarresults.ThesystemsmayfirstrecordandstoretheECGandanalyseitlateronaseparateunit,orrecordandanalysetheECGsimultaneously.Thetypeofstoragemediausedisirrelevantwithregardtothisstandard;b)systemsthatprovidecontinuousanalysisandonlypartialorlimitedrecordingnotallowingafullre-analysisoftheECG.Thesafetyaspectsofthisstandardapplytoalltypesofsystemsfallinginoneoftheabovementionedcategories.IftheambulatoryelectrocardiographicsystemoffersautomaticECGanalysis,minimalperformancerequirementsformeasurementandanalysisfunctionsapply.MedicalelectricalequipmentcoveredbyIEC60601-2-25andIEC60601-2-27areexcludedfromthescopeofthisstandard.ThisstandarddoesnotapplytosystemsthatdonotcontinuouslyrecordandanalysetheECG(forexample,‘intermittenteventrecorders’).
