【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofelectriccleaningappliancesforhouseholdusethatareintendedforcleaningsurfacessuchaswindows,wallsandemptyswimmingpoolsbyusingliquidcleansingagentsorsteam,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250V.Italsocoverswallpaperstrippers.Asfarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbyappliancesthatareencounteredbyallpersonsinandaroundthehome.However,ingeneral,itdoesnottakeintoaccount-persons(includingchildren)whose?physical,sensoryormentalcapabilities;or?lackofexperienceandknowledgepreventsthemfromusingtheappliancesafelywithoutsupervisionorinstruction;-childrenplayingwiththeappliance.
